How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time

Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. Hope you could understand us.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Let’s say you’re in the United States and you placed an order on our shop, choosing standard shipping.
Processing Time + Delivery Time = Receiving Time
Minimum receiving time: 3 days + 10 days = 13 days
Maximum receiving time : 5 days + 15 days = 20 days
The time it will take for you to receive your items will be 13-20 days (not including weekends and holidays).

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $19. For orders under $19.00, you need to pay $3.99 Standard Shipping Fee.
If you want to receive the items quickly, you need to pay the Fee according to the weight of the items to choose express delivery (DHL or Fedex).

Delivery Locations

We ship to all countries and regions around the world, but some areas may have restrictions due to being remote or having extremely high shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Please note: It is essential to provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate, and detailed delivery information, along with your phone number. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated. If delivery cannot be completed due to address issues, all packages will be held for pickup. If items are returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping and return fees.

Changes to Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes only if your order has not yet been processed.

Verification Of Shipping

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service’s records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order on the corresponding carrier’s tracking webpage.

The order has been split into multiple packages.

If you receive a package that is missing parts or a product, don’t worry. Some orders may be split into two or more packages because the products aren’t suitable to be shipped by the same carrier. You can check your email for notifications about your order being split into multiple packages and look for all the tracking numbers. Alternatively, feel free to contact us right away, and we’ll help you track it down.

Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or receive wrong items, please take a clear video or photo. Then, contact us immediately at support@srtcar.com. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within30 days. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Transport insurance provides excellent protection and security for your valuable items during international shipping. If your package is lost or damaged, we will immediately resend it at no extra cost.

International Taxes And Duties

There always no extra custom fee. But the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
